Security

We take credit card security very seriously.

We are aware of the need to treat our members' Credit Card details with the utmost of care and are experienced in the security procedures required to safely store credit card numbers. The following security measures have been put in place to ensure that the personal information of our members is completely safe:

  • "New Member Details" forms (containing Credit Card numbers) are locked away in a fire-safe filing cabinet.
  • Credit Card numbers entered into our computer system are password protected.
  • Our computer network has both password and firewall protection.
  • Our office is alarmed at all times when unattended.
