It's a great help to bring these items to the attention of your dry cleaner as it's likely that there may be a small margin of risk involved in cleaning them. The risk comes from manufacturers not taking the trim into consideration when labelling the item. During cleaning the trim can go stiff and 'crack'. Most trims are fine, but it's always appreciated when they are pointed out.
