How ibag works
The ibag service picks up from a designated collection point (e.g. reception or concierge desk, existing cloak cupboard, or we can provide an 'ibag self service unit'). Our unique process means we do all the work. There is absolutely no support required from a client's staff - one of our biggest and most unique strengths.
The concept was developed in Melbourne in 2002 by professionals for professionals, and operated as Workplace Drycleaning. The business has been servicing workplaces in Melbourne ever since, and with over 3,000 satisfied customers the concept was launched in Brisbane in 2005.
In 2006, in order to take the business to the next level, the management team decided to engage the services of a marketing group. A strategic review was undertaken and 'ibag - intelligent drycleaning' was born.
In 2013 the service was launched in Sydney.
